1. Welcome students into the classroom.

         Activities such as positive greetings, icebreaker questions and ice-breaking exercise help create a warm classroom and raise the student’s enthusiasm to increase productivity.

 

2. Use positive communication techniques. 

        Open-ended questions, reflective listening, validation statements, expressions of enthusiasm or interest, and compliments help students-especially shy or introverted ones-ease into classroom discussions.

 

3. Use technology

         The teacher uses Power Point Presentation for teaching the students. Power Point Presentation helps the teacher save time, don't have to write on the whiteboard all the time. And creating beautiful slides with gimmicks that will make students more interested.

           

4. Increasing student participation

       The teacher asks volunteers to write down the answer on the white board. Try to involve the students in finding answers and let the students check to see if they are correct.

 

5. Create classroom games

     Games are also a great way to keep lessons interesting and teaches responsibility, self-confidence, responsibility and teamwork. Moreover, games make the students to learn and have fun at the same time.

6. Reward specific students

        The teacher gives reward to the students who can answer the questions or who has a high score for taking exams at the end of each lesson, in front of the class, as another motivational and behavior-reinforcement technique.
